Surface area: 70m2 + 4m2 of terrace. Third floor. The entrance leads into a long hallway illuminated with modern led lighting. At the end of the hall is a spacious living /dining area with an open-plan kitchen. 2 large French windows lead onto a small terrace.  The living room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, two modern chairs, a rustic coffee table and a side table with a lamp. It is equipped with a complete home cinema system including surround-sound speakers, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The open-plan kitchen has a dining table for 4, a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave / oven, and dishwasher. The main bedroom is located just off the living room has a large French window with a balcony, a queen sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m), a bedside table, built-in wardrobes and chair. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a washing machine / dryer and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00m), a bedside table and a reading chair. The second bathroom, located next to the second bedroom, also has a spacious shower. There is wooden flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
