Orense V is a two-bed, two-bath residence set in what is one of the Spanish capital's premier financial and commercial districts. The nearby zone of Cuzco, which lies virtually across the street from the apartment, is rumoured to have taken much of its inspiration from New York's famous Rockefeller Center. This is a neighborhood that is extremely well serviced by a number of commercial centers such as Moda Shopping and El Corte Inglés, which, along with a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, offers an abundance of options for retail therapy and entertainment. Just five minutes away is the Castellana, a sweeping avenue and one of Madrid's main throughways, as well as the famous Santiago Bernabeu stadium: home to Real Madrid Football Club. From here, there are also fantastic metro connections to the rest of the city via Line 10, and Nuevos Ministerios, a major transport hub of the city, offers a range of train services and direct transit to the airport. While Orense is often quite a busy and active road, guests of this apartment will feel sufficiently isolated from the hubbub when privacy is needed. There is plenty of light throughout the property, which can be controlled by the state-of-the-art venetian blinds in the open plan living and dining area. This expansive focal point features dining space for up to six around the handpicked table and beneath the glow of a contemporary chandelier fitting. This is just one of several design flourishes to be found and enjoyed throughout the home. Another is in the fully-quipped, modern, gallery-style kitchen whose glass encasement simultaneously separates and seamlessly blends this area with the rest of the residence. Both bedrooms are bursting with the same level of style, elegance and luminosity displayed by the rest of the property and boast ample built-in storage. The en suite master chamber comes with a luxurious bathroom complete with beautiful twin sinks and an enclosed bathtub and shower combination. Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 110 m². 13th floor. The entrance leads to a corridor from which the kitchen and bedrooms can be accessed. The kitchen is the first space on the right of the corridor in what is essentially an open plan living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, oven and microwave and ceramic hob; it is encased and separated from the rest of the space by glass windows and a glass-paneled door. Just to the right of the kitchen is the dining area, which features a designer, table and 6 seats, contemporary design chandelier fitting and there is shelf storage on the wall to the left; light coming in through the window can be controlled with the Venetian blinds and additional netting. From here, thanks to the open spatial arrangement, you have direct access to the living room, which features a flat screen television with stand, a large 3-seater sofa with custom upholstery, and two designer arm chairs; these are complemented by two small coffee tables and an additional designer side table with a standing, retro-style lamp. There are also 2 circular mirrors on the wall which help amplify the light, as well as two further windows with Venetian blinds. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, both of them en suite; the master suite features both a bathtub and a shower behind a translucent, glass-panelled enclosure. This bathroom also has a large mirror covering one wall and twin sink fittings, below which there is additional storage for towels and cosmetics. The bedroom itself has been furnished with a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), twin nightstands with matching, designer bedside lamps, built-in wardrobe storage opposite the bed and a large rug. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (0.90m x 2,00m) that can be pushed together to make a double if desired; there is built in wardrobe storage for u to 2 people, as well as a nightstand and designer bedside lamp. This bedroom has access to the second bathroom, which features a walk-in shower.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
