Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 160 m2. Second floor. The entrance leads into the spacious living / dining area that is elegantly furnished with a large 3-seater sofa, a smaller colorful 2-seater sofa, a coffee table and wall-mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lounge also has 2 additional seating areas each with 2 comfortable reading chairs and two round tables in each of the areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave. The kitchen can be accessed directly from the entrance landing and also the living room. It is furnished with a round wooden table for 6. The hallway that leads to the bedrooms has a clever enormous closet which is where the laundry area of the apartment is found. It is equipped with a sink, built-in ironing board, washing machine/dryer and a comfortable hanging rod for drying clothing. This spacious apartment has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is exterior facing has access to a balcony. It is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, 2 leather foot stools elegantly placed at the end of the bed and has ample built-in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with modern lamps, a floor to ceiling headboard and ample storage space thanks to wall-to-wall built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobes and a small TV. The apartments third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the third bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
