To the right is the living room, an elegant space where two large and sophisticated three-seater sofas, two gray armchairs and a solid wood square coffee table propose an earth-tone color palette, setting the perfect tone for rest. There is no doubt that the chimney found in this room is one of the highlights of this apartment, inviting its tenants to spend quality time in this wonderful space. To the left, the dining room is composed by a white marble round table with an iron structure and six elegant chairs, which thanks to their yellow tonality provide a balanced contrast. One must notice the ceiling lamp that falls over the dining table, made up by various Edison light bulbs, a detail that, along with the iron structure that divides the two rooms, reminds us of elements of industrial design.

In addition, it is fully equipped. There is a lounge room fitted with a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, a standing lamp and a cupboard that holds a flat screen TV. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, a bedroom bench, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom comes with a king size bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, a lamp and built-in closets. The third bedroom has two single beds (0,90 m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, an armchair and built-in closets. Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 550 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
