This wonderful apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it perfect for a family or a large group. It features a spacious living room and reading room which has been tastefully and sleekly furnished. Light and warmth are always components of the ambience in this room, thanks to large French doors that open out to balconettes. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are combined, and you'll find all of the necessary equipment and appliances stocked there as part of a modern setup with a touch of country charm. The kitchen leads through to a separate study or second living room complete with desk, reading room and sofa, in which you can enjoy a more intimate rendezvous with fellow guests or visitors.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 195m2. Second floor. The entrance leads into a book lined hall and from there into the spacious living area that is elegantly furnished with two large 4-seater sofas, a modern white coffee table, two side tables with lamps and a decorative fireplace at the end of the room. The lounge also has an additional seating area with a comfortable reading chair and a round table. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a drinks fridge, a 5-ring gas hob (cooktop), oven and microwave and it is furnished with a large wooden table for 8. Directly from the kitchen you can access the second living room - a large study / den - furnished with a 3 seater leather sofa, an armchair, a colourful coffee table and a home theatre flat TV. There is also a modern desk and chair in the room that can be used for work. This spacious apartment has three double bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV, ample built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a comfortable bathtub and a separate large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 1.90m), two bedside tables with modern lamps and ample storage space thanks to wall-to-wall built in wardrobes. This bedroom's bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, is located directly across from the bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. The third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), bedside tables, console table, lamps and built-in wardrobes. The en-suite third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are antique tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of 400 € before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
