Retiro Park is also not too far from the apartment, and as the Madrid’s most famous and beautiful inner-city park, is a must-visit on sunny weekends. The apartment itself is situated on the fourth floor, and with its corner location and large rooftop terrace, is undoubtedly the best apartment in the building. Spread over two floors, this lovely duplex offers the perfect combination of comfort and style, with the added luxury of a large outdoor space. Accessed via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors from the top floor study, the terrace features a sofa and shaded dining area, and is the perfect place to relax, dine or entertain at any time of year. Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 110 m2 + 45 m2 terrace. Fourth Floor. 2-Floor Duplex. Main Floor: Entrance leads into an open plan living, dining-room space. The living room is furnished with 5-seater L-shaped sofa, a round coffee table, 2 free standing storage units, a flat screen TV and a CD/iPod dock. The kitchen is directly behind the lounge and has a centre island that also serves a breakfast bar equipped with two stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Leading off the kitchen is a small terrace with storage space for cleaning supplies. The first bedroom is on the main floor and is furnished with a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), bedside table, ample built-in wardrobe and a flat screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate complete bathroom with a bath. Top Floor: A modern, glass staircase leads to the second floor. There is an individual study furnished with a built-in shelving unit, desk, a reading chair, and sofa that also serves a single sofa-bed. A door off the study also leads to a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
