Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 180m2. First floor: To the left side from the entrance you access the kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small bedroom with a single bed just next to the kitchen (0.90 x 2.00). The dining area has a dining table with chairs for 6 people. The living room area, with 2 French balconies looking out onto the street, is divided in two. One furnished with two 2-seater sofas, 1 large ottoman, a glass coffee table, TV table with TV and DVD player. The second area has 2 armchairs and a design wooden side table. Along the corridor, there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with an open en suite bathroom with sauna, walk in shower and bathtub;  1 double-room (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and a single bedroom (0.90m x 2.00m). The second bathroom is in the corridor with walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
