Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 75 m2. Second floor (no lift/elevator). The entrance hall leads into a living / dining area with two balconies overlooking the street. It is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, two ottomans, two coffee tables, an LCD TV, DVD player and a dining table for four. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes; 1 master suite (with a queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) and 1 twin bedroom ( 2 single beds 0. 90m x 2.00m). There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that there is laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.

  • Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 11.00 AM.
