A brief stroll will bring you to Calle Claudio Coello, one of the city's main art gallery districts. From there you can continue south 10 minutes, to the beautiful Retiro park. Although the building maintains its original elegant façade, the interior has been completely redone and was completed in 2008. The apartment is interior (and very silent) and on the third floor, which gives it a great deal of light. It has been professionally decorated, and has marble floors, oak furnishings, and a cutting edge kitchen. This tastefully designed flat features original artwork and a discreet colour scheme, as well as strategically placed rugs, giving the space a warm and distinguished feel. It also has centralised heating and air conditioning.

The living area contains a 3-seater sofa, two matching ottomans, a coffee table, shelving with LCD TV and DVD and a wooden dining table for 2 people. The master suite consists of a double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with two bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. There is a marble bathroom containing a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. Please note there is marble flooring throughout.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
