The museum district is a short taxi ride away and Plaza de Colón is a five minute stroll. Calle Claudio Coello, one of the city's main art gallery districts is close by, and from there you can continue south 10 minutes, bringing you to the beautiful Retiro park. The Serrano Metro station is down the block, as is the Mercado de la Paz, a traditional market, which features fresh produce and high-end Spanish products. Although the building maintains its original elegant façade, the interior has been completely redone and was completed in 2008. The apartment has been professionally decorated, and has marble floors, oak furnishings, and a cutting edge kitchen. It also has centralised heating and air conditioning. This tastefully appointed property features original artwork and a discreet colour scheme, as well as strategically placed rugs, giving the space a warm and distinguished feel. It is interior (and very silent) and on the third floor, which gives it a great deal of light.

The master suite consists of a double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with two bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. There is a marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. Please note that there is marble flooring throughout the property.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
