General Description

Thanks, in part, to a wonderful location within what is known as the city's most exclusive neighborhood in barrio Salamanca, this luminous and stylishly-embellished three-bedroom apartment will provide grandeur, class and comfort in equal measure for up to five guests. The Salamanca neighborhood is typified by independent boutiques, swanky bars and top-notch eateries, as well as architecture that tells the story of Madrid over the years. Characteristically wide avenues such as Velazquez and Serrano are home to many of the area's (and indeed Madrid's) most popular designer retail outlets and recreational offerings. The apartment itself sits within walking distance of one of the largest branches of the famous El Corte Inglés department store. Meanwhile, a short shuffle will land you in Retiro – the city's most renowned patch of open, green park space and an absolute must-visits for a weekend stroll. A wealth of bus and metro options in the immediate vicinity makes it easy to explore the rest of Madrid's offerings at will. A third-floor apartment located within an elegant, traditional building, Lagasca XV takes on many bold, modern-day aesthetics, whilst simultaneously retaining an air of the classic. The laminate flooring found throughout most of the property is a great example of this. Meanwhile, its open-plan arrangement in the main living areas gives a sense of both space and light, which has been enhanced and complemented by some carefully-selected furnishings. There is plenty of room in which to relax, as well as dining allocation for at least six. The kitchen is an exhibition of contemporary clean lines and minimalism, comes fully equipped, and features further dining space at its American-style breakfast bar. Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 130 m2. Third floor. The entrance leads into the spacious living / dining area that is elegantly furnished with a large, colourful 3-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, a wooden coffee table and awall-mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The dinning area has a large table for 6. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave. This spacious apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with modern lamps, an elegant armchair elegantly placed at the end of the bed and has ample built-in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and an enormous, modern bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a bedside table with an elegant lamp, a floor to ceiling headboard and ample storage space thanks to wall-to-wall built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a bedside table and built-in wardrobes. The apartments second bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the third bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of 250 € before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
