Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 130 m2. Fourth floor. Entrance hallway leads to a corridor with two bedrooms on the left. At the end of the hall there is a study area with a designer wooden shelf and a chaise longue. There is a separate toilet and entrance to the kitchen. The area forms part of the living/dining room with a large square table for 6 people and the other entrance to the kitchen. The sitting part is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 matching armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a 37" LCD and a DVD player. There is a chimney shaped cupboard in the corner. The entrance to the balcony is in the dining area. The kitchen contains a small breakfast table and is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m) and the twin bedroom consists of 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). Both have fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a half-bathroom. There is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
