Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 200 m2. First Floor. The entrance hall leads into the living/dining area furnished with two 3-seater sofas, two armchairs, side tables with lamps and a coffee table in the middle with a crystal. There is also a wooden furniture with DVD and a LCD TV hanging above on the wall. The dining area has a wooden table for up to 6 people. Next to the dining area there is a small “reading corner” with a chair and 2 small tables. The modern kitchen with an island in the middle is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing and drying machine. Along the corridor there are three bedrooms: the master suite with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and 2 wash basins, an open walk in closet, a king- sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 side tables with a lamp, a 2-seater sofa and a TV on the wall; 1 double bedroom (queen- sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and fitted wardrobes and 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m), 1 side table in the middle and fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has a bathtub. There is forth single bedroom with bathroom just next to the kitchen for maid service if desired. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the property except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
