Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 145 m2. Second floor: The entrance hall way leads into the dining/living room area that has a wooden dining table for 6 people. The living room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas, 2 footstools, a crystal coffee table and a TV table with TV and DVD player. Separated from the living room with sliding door there is an office with a desk and shelves with storage space. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (king-sized 1.80m x 2.00m) with closet and an en suite bathroom with bath tub and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds each (0.90m x 2.00m). The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note that there is laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and part of the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
