The nearby Plaza de Colon with its ever-present Spanish flag) is just a short walk away, as is the wide Castellana avenue and the historic National Library. Many of the city's best restaurants, bars and café's are within easy walking distance, meaning guests can get a taste of the vibrant Spanish culture without having to venture too far from home. The area also offers excellent transport connections, with a number of different metro and bus stations close by, thus allowing guests to explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The apartment itself is bright and spacious and has been furnished in a contemporary style. The open-plan living and dining area is the main focal point of the property, and is filled with light for much of the day due to the several large interior-facing windows. The dining area is set slightly back from the sitting room behind a modern storage unit, giving an added feeling of privacy without losing the sense of spaciousness that comes with open-plan living. The original artwork on the walls and bright splashes of colour throughout give the space a modern yet welcoming feel. The kitchen is compact and stylish, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is in keeping with the rest of the apartment in decoration, comes with a brand new en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. With its great location in the upmarket neighbourhood of Salamanca, and its comfortable interior, this is a great one bedroom property in the centre of Madrid.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 60 m2. Third floor (no lift): The entrance hall leads into an open-floor plan living / dining area. It is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater L shaped sofa, a wooden coffee table, a shelving unit with an LCD TV, DVD player one side of the room and a square dining table with 4 chairs. The small kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge / freezer, oven, 2- ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The master bedroom (with fitted wardrobe) consists of a double (queen-sized 1.50m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables and a desk with chair. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be accessed either by the bedroom or living area. There is also a second wardrobe in the hallway. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom and kitchen which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
