Serrano, one of the cities busiest boulevards, is also within walking distance of the apartment, and is known by locals and regular visitors alike as the best place to go for designer brands, as well as to sample some of the best cuisine in Madrid. Also within walking distance is the famous Parque del Retiro, the Spanish capital’s most beloved inner-city park, and the perfect place in which to pass a sunny afternoon. Nestled on the third floor of a modern building, guests of this apartment can make use of top-class communal facilities that include a gym, sauna and padel court. The apartment itself, meanwhile, has been minimalistically adorned with an interior style that marries the classic with the elegant, but with a modern twist. Its light-rich, open-plan living/dining room is somehow both cosy and spacious, and the furniture chosen – like the glass-top study desk and elongated, overhead standing lamp – makes it multifunctional; here you can work, play and rest all in the same space. Meanwhile, the floor-to-ceiling windows extend an open and eternal invitation to natural light floating in from outside. At the opposite end of this area, you'll find one of many stand-out flourishes of furniture in the shape of the white, wooden dining table for four. The transparent frame of each chair that lines this table gives the impression that its occupant is floating as they dine – if not for the colourful, customs yellow cushions, that is. The kitchen of course comes fully-equipped and features further (more intimate) dining space for two: ideal for a quick breakfast or less formal meals. Over to the bedrooms, where you will find the inviting beds draped in our signature, high-quality linens and decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment. The master suite comes with its own bathroom, which features a walk-in shower large enough to house at least two people at once, while its floors are draped in a designer rug that's similar to the carpeting in the living room. The second bedroom features two separate beds and laminate wood flooring. Occupants of this room have access to a bright, contemporary bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. Superbly located, tastefully decorated and offering a number of additional facilities, this is a fantastic option for a small family looking for a nice home in Madrid's most exclusive neighborhood for the duration of their stay.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 115m2. Third floor. Entrance leads into a large corridor that grants entrance into the living / dinning area as well as to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with two 3 seater sofas, a glass coffee table, two metallic side tables, a cabinet television with a Flat screen TV and DVD. The dining area has a white wooden table and seating for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3-ring ceramic hob, and an oven/microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps and 2 leather foot stools elegantly placed at the end of the bed, there are ample built-in wardrobes in the room. The bathroom is en-suite and has an ample walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), a nightstand table with a lamp and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a comfortable bathtub. There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
