This three-bedroom apartment is decorated in a sleek and elegant style, with splashes of colour and stylish furniture. Near the entrance there are two bathrooms one with a stand-up shower. The large living and dining room area has three large windows and is divided into two types of areas. One area has a sofa, two  armchairs and a study nook with a desk and chair making it the perfect area for reading, watching TV or simply relaxing. The living room leads to a bedroom where you can enjoy complete privacy, as it is completely separated from the rest of the apartment with its own bathroom, closet and balcony. This bedroom is decorated with a darker headboard giving contrast to the geometric cushions and has two small nightstands. Its small modern en-suite bathroom has a shower and a small sink. The other two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the apartment are spacious and bright thanks their wonderful balconies. The bedroom on the right has a double bed with a warm light blue coloured wall and white stylish headboard accompanied by two nightstands. The other room has two single beds placed together in a room decorated with a vintage styled wallpaper making it a cozy room to long nice sleep. This property is perfect for those who want to enjoy a trendy neighbourhood, in a typical Madrilean building.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface: 107 m2. Second Floor exterior (no lift/elevator). The entrance leads into the living/dining room. This area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a cabinet and LCD TV with DVD player. On the other side of the living room there is a glass desk with chair, a lamp and armchair. The round glass dining table can seat 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 1.90m), 2 nightstands, a dressing area and and en-suite bathroom with a sink and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 1.90m) with two nightstands and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 1.90m), with a built-in wardrobe and two nightstand tables. There is tiled flooring throughout the apartment, except in two bedrooms which have wooden flooring.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
