This luxurious three-bedroom apartment is located in prime Madrid location. Gran Via completely central and is bathed in a buzzing atmosphere. Another positive to this spectacular location is the convenience of having plenty of city attractions within walking distance, such as the Puerta del Sol, the magnificent Plaza Mayor and magical Templo de Debod. In addition, many of the smaller roads that disperse from Gran Via itself are home to many restaurants, cafes and bars; not to mention some fantastic shopping on Fuencarral.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor; this spacious apartment is the ideal home for a large group or family. The apartment itself features wooden floors, large floor-to-ceiling windows giving the apartment an abundant amount of light. The space has been designed to feel modern yet contemporary. Each piece of furniture, which have been individually chosen by our expert team of interior designers, unite together to create a luxury, comfortable home. The building in which the apartment is located has plenty of additional services to offer, this includes a sauna, gym, swimming pool, garage and rooftop terrace.

Living Area: The general living area is open-plan. The salon area has two chocolate brown sofas, one two seater and one three-seater. There is also a stylish wooden coffee table sat on a soft carpet and a plasma TV. This area has plenty of colour and character, with brilliant views out of the large windows. The dining area features a large dining table with seats up to eight people, brilliant for the whole apartment to enjoy, as well as additional guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and has been designed to be clean-cut and spacious. There is plenty of space in this kitchen, allowing many guests to enjoy its amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items one would need during their stay.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. This light can be blocked, for privacy, by our designer curtains. It features a double bed (1.50m x 2.0m), built-in closets for added storage and a comfortable chair for extra comfort. It has an en-suite bathroom that has a great standing shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 2.0m) and also has a great amount of natural light, which can be blocked by curtains for needed privacy. There are also built-in closets for storage.

Bathroom 2: The second and third bedrooms can use this bathroom. It modern and features a large walk in shower. There is also an additional WC located in the apartment, ideal for the three bedrooms or visiting guests.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also has a double bed (1.50 x 2.0m) and has built in closets too.

In the dining area there is a table for up to eight people. The kitchen is independent and comes fully equipped. The master bedroom comes complete with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an armchair, built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with bedside lamps and built-in closets. The third bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with a lamp and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom with a shower and an additional WC. The entire apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms and the WC, which are all tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
