Situated on the seventh floor of a modern building, the apartment is modern and stylish, and filled with light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Open-plan in design, the living room features a sitting and dining area, and leads directly onto the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the two bedrooms features plenty of in-built storage and has its own en-suite bedroom. The building itself offers guests a number of services and amenities, including a 24 hour concierge service, outdoor pool, gymnasium and sauna.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 106 m². Seventh floor. The bright living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two comfortable chairs, a coffee table, standing lamp and a cupboard that holds a plasma TV and a lamp. In the dining area there is a wooden table for four people. The kitchen is part of the open-plan living area and has a center island with stools for four people. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom comes complete, with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with a lamp, large windows, built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedisde tables with lamps, built-in closets and as well as large windows. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
