LIVING ROOM: Arguably the focal point of any home, the living room of Gran Vía VII is blessed with huge windows through which bucketfuls of light stream in. A space obviously designed for communal and social congregation, it has been furnished with a two-seater sofa-bed measuring 1,60m x 2,00m (giving you extra sleeping options for guests), an elegant chaise long, large, geometric coffee table, a standing lamp, and a beautiful wooden sideboard on which sits a big LCD television. Meanwhile, the latte-colored rug and oversized plant add an extra touch of comfort and homeliness to the space.

DINING ROOM: Kept simple to maintain a focus on gastronomic pleasure and stimulating dinner conversations, the dining area features a rounded table surrounded by four extremely comfortable (and perhaps unorthodox), armchairs. Above the table hangs a substantial, semi-shaded bulb for added ambience.

KITCHEN: Featuring a vast, American-style breakfast bar, this area doubles up as an additional dining space — perhaps for breakfasts and brunches — the ultra-modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything guests will need in terms of electrodomestic appliances and day-to-day utensils.

BEDROOM: Built for peaceful slumbers, the master and only suite of the apartment features a double bed clad in our signature, luxury linens and with a custom headboard, ample, built-in wardrobe space, and a small wooden stool repurposed as a side table with a reading lamp.

BATHROOM: Tiled from floor to ceiling in an earthy tone, the apartment’s bathroom includes a vast, walk-in shower with a glass screen.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 63 m². Seventh floor. The living room, which has large windows, is very bright and is furnished with a two-seater sofa bed (1,60m x 2,00m), an elegant chaise, a coffee table, a standing lamp and a cupboard that holds a plasma TV. In the dining area features a round table that can seat up to four people. The kitchen is part of an open-plan layout that incorporates the living room and has a bar unit with four stools. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a bedside lamp and built-in closets. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathroom, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
