Located in the most centric location of the city is this elegant two-bedroom apartment, situated on the seventh floor. Set in the heart of Madrid, this apartment is just a short stroll to many of Madrid’s major highlights and attractions, including the two fantastic shopping streets of Fuencarral and Gran Via. In addition the apartment set in prime location for restaurants and historic sites, such as Puerta de Sol and Plaza Mayor, which are both found just round the corner.

Meanwhile the small side streets sprouting from both Fuencarral and Gran Via are homes to charming bars, cafes, gourmet restaurants and boutique shops. The apartment itself is situated between two metro stations, therefore this home a hub for brilliant connections throughout the city. This makes it easier for our guests to explore beyond the buzzing city center. The apartment has been styled both modernly and elegantly, making it the perfect choice for guests who want to rest after a long day in the hustle and bustle of the city. The highlights of this gorgeous home is the radiant amount of natural light which seeps through the large windows, as well as elegant furnishings, that have been individually selected by our interior designers. It also features pristine wooden floors, a clean-cut, neutral colour scheme, with hints of bright tones giving the apartment plenty of character.

Entrance: Our Gran Via apartments have a strong focus on open-plan living, this is evident as soon as one enters the apartment. It incorporates living, dining and kitchen areas, which creates a feeling of unity and ideal for vacations. Found on the left in entrance hall are built-in cupboards, which provides excellent space and storage for our guests. The WC is located at the end of the hall; this is ideal for visiting guests and can also be used by the second bedroom.

Living Area: The entrance hall opens up into the open-plan living area. The kitchen is located on the right of the apartment and has been designed for practicality and sophistication. It features a dishwasher, oven, large fridge, ceramic hobs and all the crockery and utensils that one would need during their stay. In addition, it has a stylish breakfast-bar, with four elegant stools. These stools can be put underneath the breakfast bar, that way our guests can enjoy the full space of the kitchen and at the same time have the possibility of using them for a quick meal or even for a glass of wine after a long day in the city. In the living-room area, there is plenty of space and comfort to be found. The cream carpet gives way to a large white coffee table, which divides the space from the classic cream sofa and the plasma television. Sat underneath the impressive windows are two chairs for extra seating and comfort. Between the kitchen and the living room area the dining table can be found. This stylish dining table can seat up to four people. Overall this space holds a peaceful aura, which makes it an ideal home for pure relaxation within the Capital city.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has been similarly designed to the rest of the apartment; it reflects comfort, space and style. The large double bed (1.50m x 2.00 m) oozes coziness, with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a padded headboard. On either side, we have placed modern nightstands with ample storage for accessories. The large sliding windows allow plenty of natural light and air to seep in during the day. They also give access to small balcony. Additionally, we have installed large custom curtains to block the light and to allow our guests their needed privacy. There are also customized built-in closest that provide an excellent amount of storage, as well as a chair for additional comfort. The en-suite bathroom is modernly styled and features a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also features a large bed (1.50m x 2.00m) and also has large windows with the necessary custom curtains. This bedroom is completed with built-in wardrobes for storage and a comfortable chair.

Other Amenities: The guests of this apartment have access to a 24-hour concierge service, access to the building’s swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium. High-speed WiFi has also been built into this apartment, in addition to the TV and DVD player, perfect for rainy days or relaxing nights at home.

The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two single armchairs, a coffee table, a side table with a lamp and a cupboard that holds a plasma TV. In the dining area there is a round table that can seat up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped and part of an open plan layout that connects with the living room. The master bedroom comes complete with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a chair, built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with bedside lamp, a chair and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom that has a shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
