Living area is furnished with a 3 seater L-shaped sofa, a small wooden coffee table, a cushioned chair, small table with TV. The living room also has a small studio with an armchair, a small coffee table, glass desk, desk chair and a cabinet. The dining area has a square dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 3 ring ceramic hob (stove) and oven/microwave. Master bedroom has queen sized bed (1.50 x 1.90), 2 bedside tables and a walk-in closet. Bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with incorporated shower plate. Entrance hallway to the right leads to the second bedroom that has a trundle bed (0.90 x 1.90m) with second mattress (0.90 x 1.90m) stored in the drawer below. Bedroom also has a desk, chair and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is tiled flooring throughout the apartment except for the bedrooms and hallway which is wooden flooring.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
