The beautiful Retiro Park is within walking distance of the apartment, and guests can reach the city centre via public transport in just fifteen minutes. The area has excellent transport links, with the large Avenida de America metro and bus station within easy reach of the apartment. Situated on the eight floor, the apartment itself is bright and spacious, and features its own private terrace offering great views over the surrounding area. Large windows throughout the apartment fill the space with light, especially in the stylish open-plan living area. Including a sitting room, dining table and fully-equipped modern kitchen, the room has been furnished with high quality pieces and decorated in warm natural tones. Access to the terrace is via glass doors by the kitchen, and offers guests the perfect place to relax or entertain at any time of day. The master bedroom is cool and elegant and the smaller second bedroom is ideal for guests or a child. With an excellent location and welcoming interior, this is a great base in the Spanish capital.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 70m2 + 20 m2 Terrace. Eighth Floor. The entrance hall leads into the living / dining area furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 leather armchairs, a designer armchair, a wooden coffee table, wall unit with flat TV, DVD and a wooden dining table for three. This area has direct access to the terrace furnished with a 2-seater sofa, coffee table and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar for two. There are two bedrooms along the corridor each with fitted wardrobes:  The master bedroom consists of a double bed (queen-sized 1.50m x 1.90m), two nightstands with a lamp in each side, a desk and chair; the second bedroom has 1 individual bed (0.90m x 2.00m). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note, there is parquet flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathroom, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
