Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 240 m2. First floor. The entrance leads into the spacious living / dining area that is elegantly furnished with two large 3-seater sofas, a double glass coffee table next to 2 armchairs and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lounge also has an additional seating area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa a round wooden table and elegant shelving. The dining area has a large wooden table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave, as well as a smaller dining area for 6. The kitchen can be accessed directly from the entrance landing and also the corridor. This spacious apartment has three double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a working desk elegantly placed together with a comfortable chair, a small wall-mounted TV and has ample built-in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), two bedside tables with modern lamps and ample storage space thanks to built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), a bedside table and lamp and built-in wardrobes. The apartment’s third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the third bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. The last bedroom has a single bed (0.90m x 1.90m), a bedside table and a beautiful lamp, as well as built-in wardrobes. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
