The entrance leads into the spacious living / dining area that is elegantly furnished with two large colorful 3-seater sofas, a double glass coffee table next to 2 leather ottomans and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lounge also has an additional seating area each with a comfortable reading chair and a round table. The dining area has a large wooden table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave, as well as a smaller dining area for 6. The kitchen can be accessed directly from the entrance landing and also the living room. The hallway that leads to the bedrooms has a clever enormous closet. This spacious apartment has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is exterior facing and it is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 1.90m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a working desk elegantly placed together with a comfortable chair, a small TV and has ample built-in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), two bedside tables with modern lamps and ample storage space thanks to built in wardrobes. The apartment’s third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the third bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.
