Bearing a design concept completely formulated by our interiors team, Fuencarral VI is one of a series of eight apartments managed and service by Spain Select within the same building. Like its counterparts, it boasts a harmonious fusion of classic and contemporary design. With its second bedroom, this particular apartment is afforded more space and a slightly different layout, though it still maintains defining characteristics such as light, an abundance of space, and pristine laminate flooring. The modern kitchen sits at one end of the living space and comes fully loaded with all the necessities. There is intimate dining for up to four people at the wooden table as part of a connected space that leads through to the lounge area, which is complete with a large sofa, coffee table and a reclined, wicker chair. This zone culminates at the opposite end with two large doors set with glass windows behind French balconies that allow you to soak up some unique views of the neighborhood beyond. Both sleeping chambers offer optimum space and comfort, with the master bedroom featuring a sizeable double bed and the second bedroom offering up two large singles for guests or children. All beds are swathed in our signature luxury linens. This home also boasts two contemporary bathrooms: one featuring a walk-in shower and the other a bathtub-shower combination, with both facilities sharing and continuing the design aesthetic of the rest of the property. With one-of-a-kind vistas of the surrounding cityscape and a close proximity to some of the best that Madrid has to offer, this will present a wonderful holiday refuge for a small family or group.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 65m². 4th floor: Entrance opens into the open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room is exterior facing and has two large windows. The space has original wooden beams that add lots of character to the space. It is furnished with a 3-seater coulorful sofa, a modern armchair, a large lamp sitting on top of a side table, LED HD TV with Canal+ including beIN sports, storage cabinet, and a wooden coffee table. The dining area has a wooden table with 4 metal industrial style chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with two electric hobs, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The apartment's 2 bedrooms are located down a corridor providing separation from the main living space. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.50m × 2.00m), a headboard with two bedside tables and retro reading lamps, and built in wardrobes. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), a bedside table with a lamp and a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a large bath/shower. Please note there is laminate wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
