Situated on the third floor of a traditional Madrid building, the apartment itself has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings blending with original features such as exposed brick walls. Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 45m² Third floor: Entrance opens in to the open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large window that leads onto a balcony and has an exposed brick wall that adds character to the space. It is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a reading chair, two small iron coffee tables, a large plasma LED TV with Canal + including beIN sports, storage cabinet, a dining table with two industrial-style stools. The open plan compact kitchen is fully equipped with a 2 electric hobs, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher and an oven. The bedroom has a large French window that leads onto the apartment's second balcony and is furnished with a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m), a headboard with built-in bedside tables and 2 retro reading lamps, and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and storage space under the sink. Please note there is laminate wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
