Entrance: The entrance to this second-floor living space opens onto a long corridor with shiny, retro-style wooden floors. The first door on the right of this corridor leads to the second largest of the three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: Bright, airy, and professionally designed for peaceful slumbers, it features a large double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) swathed in luxury linens. Flanking it are two nightstands made from authentic timber trunks and a contemporary-design footrest. Light pours in during the day through two large, blinded windows, while the opposite wall is occupied by a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: This is the next room on the right along the hall and would best suit guests or children. It comprises two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) with individual custom headboards separated by a vintage-style, wooden bedside table, that can also be combined if required. Above the beds, two wall-mounted lamps provide light for reading, and the large built-in wardrobe provides ample clothing storage.

Master Bedroom: Comprising a large bed (1,80m x 2,00m) with custom headboard, two overhead, wall-mounted reading lamps and a pair of designer bedside tables, this bedroom, like its counterparts, features a built-in closet and its own en-suite bathroom. The latter features patterned, tiled flooring, with white, brick-style tiling on the walls and a walk in shower screened by a glass door.

Bathroom 2: Situated at the end of the entrance hall, just after the master bedroom, the home’s communal bathroom features tiled flooring and walls that echo those of the master en-suite. This bathroom, however, is fitted with a bathtub with a glass screen for showers.

Living Room/Dining Room & Kitchen: Spatially laid out in an open-plan arrangement, the aesthetic of the apartment’s main living space is a throwback to the charms of times gone by. Large windows with views of the street below allow you to enjoy plenty of light during daytime hours.

The lounge section of the space features a spacious, vintage-style, three-seater beige sofa flanked by two complementary armchairs. A wooden coffee table set atop a rug, a second wooden side table with a reading lamp, wall-mounted flat screen television, modern-design chandelier and tall standing lamp complete the cosy setup.

In the combined kitchen and diner, a large wood dining table for six (two of the chairs are wicker), set by one of the windows, forms the focal point of the space. Above it hangs another chandelier and it is surrounded by the fully-equipped kitchen, which comes equipped with a range of electro-domestic appliances, crockery and utensils. The white, brick-style tiles along one of its walls would not look out of place in Brooklyn, New York.

The master bedroom has a bed (1.80m x 2.00m), two bedside tables, two lamps above the headboard, built-in closet and en- suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a bed (1,80 x 2,00m), a modern ottoman, two wooden bedside tables, two lamps above the headboard and a built-in closet. The third bedroom has two beds (0.90m x 2.00m) with a built-in closet, a bedside table and two lamps above the headboard. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
