Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 90m2. Fourth floor. The entrance leads into the dining area that is an open plan with the living room and a study area at the end. There is a dining table for 6, two 3-sitter sofas and a 2-sitter puff bench, two crystal coffee tables, two designer lamps on a side cupboards. Behind the sitting area there is an armchair with a high lamp and a table. The kitchen is separated from the living / dining area and is equipped with refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m) and two side tables with lamps. There is a study room with a desk, chair, fitted cupboards and an armchair.

Please note that for occupancy of 2-3 people an individual bed (0.90m x 1.90m) will be supplied in the study room as it can be used as a second bedroom.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
