General Description

The apartment is ideally situated in the very best part of the Chamberí neighbourhood, where guests can enjoy more tranquil surroundings whilst still remain near to the action. There are various different transport links located nearby, including several different metro stations, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The surrounding area is brimming with great restaurants, shops, services, and outdoor terrace cafés, and the nearby barrios of Alonso Martinez and Malasaña are within easy reach. 

The apartment itself is bright and welcoming. Located on the fifth floor, a real highlight is its lovely outdoor terrace, complete with shaded seating area and plenty of greenery to keep it cool in the warmer months. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead onto the charming open-plan living and dining area, giving the sensation of bringing the outside in. There is also a second, separate dining area, and the bright and modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

Accommodation and Facilities

230 m2. Fifth floor. Hallway leads to the living room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps and LCD TV with DVD player. There is also a chaise lounge, side table, a standard lamp and access to the partially covered terrace equipped with a bench, 2 chairs and coffee table. The living area also connects with a dining room with a round dining table for 6 people. The kitchen contains fridge / freezer, an oven, a 4-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and has a second dining area with seating for 6 people. Along the corridor, there are four bedrooms: the master suite (with a king-sized bed 1,80m x 2,00m) with 2 bed side tables and fitted wardrobe; 1 double bedroom (2 single beds 0,90m x 1,90m) with 2 bed side tables and wardrobe; 1 single (0,90m x 1,90m); and 1 double (queen-sized bed 1,50m x 2,00m) with a toilet. There are 2 individual bathrooms with baths. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
