Entrance hallway leads to the living / dining area furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 matching armchairs, 2 ottomans, a coffee table, 32" LCD, DVD and dining table for four. This area has direct access to the terrace which overlooks the pool area. It is furnished with a table for two and sundeck chair. The kitchen, left of the entranceway, is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a breakfast table for two with two "tabouret stools". There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes: the master suite (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower; and 1 twin bedroom ( 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note, there is a laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
