Surface area: 120m2. Third floor. Entrance leads into a hall with the bathroom and both bedrooms on the sides. The hall leads into the living / dining area connected with an open planned kitchen. There is a table for 4 in the dining part. The sitting one is furnished with a chaise long, a 2 sitter sofa, side table with a lamp, a coffe table and TV. There is also a tall bookshelf. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. There are two master bedrooms: both with queen-sized beds (1.50m x 2.00m) with night tables with lamps on both sides and with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath/shower.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
