Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 55 m2. Thirteenth floor. The entrance leads into a small hall with the kitchen on the left and a toilet on the right side. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, swivel chairs, black coffee table, side table with a lamp and a plasma TV. The dining part has a table for four with two designer candle sticks and is separated from the kitchen by a half glass wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room there is an entrance to the double bedroom with a king-sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a glass table with a chair. There is an en suite bathroom with 2 wash basins and a bathtub. There are also two fitted wardrobes in the bedroom.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
