Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 32 m². Third floor. The living room is furnished with a loveseat, a coffee table glass, plasma TV and a large furniture. The kitchen is part of an open-plan arrangement that also incorporates the living room and comes fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two side tables with lamps and a built-in closet. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and two sinks. The entire home has marble flooring except the bathroom, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
