A number of Madrid’s top sights and attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Teatro Royal, the Royal Palace and the beautiful glass-topped Mercado de San Miguel, recently re-built and home to a dazzling array of Spanish gastronomical delights. The Puerta del Sol and the very centre of Madrid can be reached on foot in only fifteen minutes, and a number of nearby metro, train and bus stations mean guests can visit the rest of the city and beyond with ease. In keeping with the rest of the apartment, the master bedroom is modern and bright, with a traditional Spanish balconwindow looking out onto the street below. The brand new en-suite bathroom is very spacious, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage space. With a stylish modern interior and fantastic central location, this is a great home away from home in the heart of historical Madrid.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 65m2. First floor. The entrance leads first into a open living / dining area furnished with a L-shaped 3-seater leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, a TV table with a LCD TV and a DVD player. The dining area has a table for 4 people. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 high chairs and is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, oven / microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. The bedroom (with a queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and 2 side tables each one with a lamp is separated from the dining area with a sliding door. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note that there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which are both tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
