Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 93 m2. Third Floor. The entrance leads into a hall and to the left there is a large living space separated into 3 different areas with three balconies facing onto the street. The main living room contains a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a two part coffee table, a shelving unit with a TV and DVD player. On one side there is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people and access to the kitchen that is equipped with a refrigeratory / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer . On the other side of the apartment, separated with French doors, is a study area on one corner with a desk, chair and a single bed (0.90m x 1.90m). This room is also attached (by curtains) to a double bedroom (1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 side tables and a fitted wardrobe. The master bedroom (with a queen-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m), to the right of the entrance, has a fitted wardrobe and an en suite marble bathroom with bathtub.  There is a second marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is parquet flooring throughout except for the bathroom and kitchen.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
