This wealthy, residential area of Madrid is relatively modern and is close to many excellent restaurants and shops. There are metro stations at both Cuzco and Plaza Castilla, the latter of which is an important transportation hub that connects the commuter towns and industrial areas to the north with the rest of the city. Madrid's banking and financial district is just a little farther south on the Paseo de la Castellana. Thanks to its large windows in the living and bedroom, the apartment boasts views of the "Torres KIO", which today represent Madrid's northern gateway. The property has recently undergone a partial renovation, principally of the kitchen and the bathroom, the latter of which has been finished in marble. The master bedroom consists of a double(queen-sized 1.50m x 2.00m) bed, two bedside tables, a television and fitted wardrobes. This room offers an en suite bathroom with twin sinks and a bathtub. There is parquet flooring throughout except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled. The entrance hall has an additional wardrobe.
