As the geographic centre of the city, the Puerta del Sol has excellent metro and bus communications, and the Atocha train station is a 15-minute walk or just three metro stops away. Spain Select Carretas is to all effects a new building, yet it maintains a perfectly restored traditional façade. Carretas 202 is a two-bedroom apartment with high quality fittings and furnishings. It has been professionally decorated and incorporates original artwork. The living room is very bright, thanks to its two balconied windows that overlook the street below, and the light marble floors. Bold burgundy paintwork and matching decorative elements have been employed, providing a nice contrast to the light floors. The two double bedrooms are situated in the interior of the building and are very quiet. Please note that whilst the building has an elevator, there is a small staircase before you reach the lobby.
