General Description

Located in one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Madrid, this stylish, spacious and contemporary four-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The apartment is found in the Chamberí neighbourhood, within close proximity to ‘Parque Chulo’ park and Olavide Plaza. The apartment itself is located on the fifth floor of the building and features wooden floorboards that warm each footstep. The kitchen features any appliance that one may need during their stay and is stylishly designed to make cooking and entertaining guests an enjoyable experience.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a luxurious walk-in closet, double bed and exterior views of the beautiful neighbourhood below. This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom which features a spacious glass shower enclosure. 

Second Bedroom: This bedroom features twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a small desk, windows and a geometric wallpaper design behind the bed- a cosy and comfortable bedroom with an inviting design. This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a bath. 

Third Bedroom: This bedroom features two twin beds, a bedside table and window- decorated with soft tones. 

Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom features a trundle bed, a cute desk and chair, as well as a stand-up lamp and windows- a comfy bedroom with nice geometric designs that receives natural light through the window. 

Third bathroom: This bathroom features a stylish, spacious shower. 

Guest Bathroom: This bathroom features a toilet and sink.

Surface: 180 m2. Fifth floor exterior. The living room is furnished with two three-seater sofas, two coffee tables, two armchairs, an ottoman, a desk with a chair and a cupboard that holds a flat screen TV. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to eight people. The is open to the living room and comes with a breakfast bar with two stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps, a dressing area and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom comes with tow single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp and built-in closets. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed (0,90m x 2,00m), a standing lamp, a desk with a chair and built-in closets. There is a third bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
