Hallway leads to the kitchen that contains fridge/freezer, an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and has a breakfast area with a wooden bar table and two leather bar stool chairs. Opposite of the kitchen is the living room, furnished with two 4-seater sofas, one long upholstered bench, coffee table, 2 side tables, a lamp and LCD TV with DVD player. The living area also connects with a dining room with an oval shaped dining table for 6 people. This area is decorated with a large mirror and two plants. Along the corridor, there is one guest bathroom with a toilet and sink and the three bedrooms: the master suite has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m) with one bed side tables and fitted wardrobe along with a full en-suite bathroom. The second room has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00), fitted wardrobe, 1 nightstand and a hanging copper lamp along with a an en-suit bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a nightstand, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
