Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 40 m². Second floor. The living / dining room is furnished with a large sofa-bed (1.40m x 1.90m), three-seater, single armchair, two coffee tables and furniture with plasma TV and lamp. The dining room has a table for four people. The kitchen is accessed via the living room and fully equipped. The bedroom has a bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two floor lamps, an elegant wood and wicker chair and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower and a small wooden bench. The entire home I lined with an elegant wooden floor except the kitchen and bathroom, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
