Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 90 m2. Second floor (no lift). The entrance leads into an open living dining room with 2 French windows facing out onto the street. This area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a bench, a wooden coffee table, 2 side-tables with lamps, shelving with LCD TV and a DVD player. The dining table has seating for 6. The modern kitchen, right on the entrance hallway, is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. There are three bedrooms: the master suite consists of a double room (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) and table with 2 chairs in the windowed balcony; 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m); and 1 twin interior bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m, and one extra bed underneath another. There is an additional closet in the hallway. There are two bathrooms both with walk-in showers. There is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are both tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 150 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
