Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 70m2. First floor. Entrance leads into the open-plan dining kitchen space and then into the living area with 1 French balcony looking out to the street. This area is furnished with one 3-seater sofa, 1 designer armchair, a wooden coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, a shelving with TV and DVD. The kitchen, separated from the dining room by a half partition, is equipped with fridge freezer, 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and a dining table for 4 people. The master bedroom consists of a double (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower room. Please note the floors of the apartment are laminated except for the bathroom which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
