The apartment entrance leads into a large, bright living/dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, an elegant ottoman, a glass coffee table, a free-standing retro-style lamp, a large plant, and a flat-screen TV on a pivot stand in order to watch from all angles of the space. The wooden dining table seats 4. The kitchen is semi-open plan as it is separated by glass panels in order to enhance the light and interacting with the living/dining room. It is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, 2-ring ceramic hob (very large with space up to 3 pots), an oven/microwave. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed (160m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobes and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath equipped with an additional shower head. Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
