The transport links in this part of the city are excellent, meaning guests can head to the city centre, visit the art museums and explore further afield with ease. 

The apartment itself is spacious for a one-bedroom inner-city property, with a bright and elegant open-plan living and dining area that is ideal for relaxing or entertaining at any time of day or night. The property has also been recently refurbished meaning that guests can enjoy the winning combination of classical style with contemporary comforts. Two traditional balconette windows look out onto the street below and fill the space with light during the day. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, and features a small breakfast area, perfect for more informal meals. The stylish bedroom has ample wardrobe space and features a large en-suite bathroom.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 77 m2. Third floor. The entrance leads directly into the dining/living area with entrances to the bedroom and the kitchen on the right. There is a dining table for 6 in front of the entrance and the sitting part on the right. It is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a plasma TV with the DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The entrance to bedroom leads through a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 wash basins and a separated toilet. The bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m) and a small table with a chair. There are also two fitted wardrobes in the bedroom. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
