General Description

With a fantastic location right in the heart of the Austrias neighborhood in the centre of Madrid, the area surrounding the property boasts wonderful views of the city. With historical buildings at every turn as well as traditional shops, tabernas and cafes on every corner, you will have everything at your doorstep. Attractions are only a walk away such as the Royal Palace, the bustling Plaza del Sol and the lovely Campo del Moro. Also, there are a number of bus and metro stations nearby, so that you can explore the rest of the city with ease. 

Spacious and bright, with an elegantly decorated interior, the apartment itself is a very elegant space right in the heart of Madrid. The focal point of the apartment is the large open-plan living area that incorporates a sitting room, dining room and fully-equipped modern kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms are decorated with neutral tones, modern furnishings and splashes of bright colour, by our professional design team, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 170m2. Second floor: Entrance leads into the open plan kitchen / living / dining room, with 6 French-door balconies looking out onto the street; it is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, two side tables with lamps, a coffee table, TV and DVD player and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. Along the corridor, there are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): the master bedroom consists of a double bed (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m), a dressing room and en suite bathroom with 2 wash basins, walk-in shower and separate bath;  1 double-room (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and a twin-bedroom (with 2 twin beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
