Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 100 m2. Second floor: entrance into hallway that leads into the living dining area with 1 balcony facing out onto the street. There is a 3-seater sofa, a chaise lounge, coffee table, shelving with LCD TV and DVD player. The dining table has seating for 4. The modern kitchen, on the left of the entrance, is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master bedroom (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 washbasins. This room has 1 balcony facing the street; and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m). There is also a second bathroom with bathtub. Please note that there is laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
