General Description

It is found in the neighborhood of Salamanca, between the streets of Claudio Coello and Velazquez, on the corner of Ayala and Lagasca. This area has elegant tree-lined streets and grandiose architecture. On its surrounding streets, there are exclusive boutiques and fashionable restaurants. Its communications are excellent, having three metro stations within walking distance. Occupying the corner section of the building, the apartment boasts seven balconied windows that look onto the street below. 

It has been completely renovated to the highest standard and is furnished with quality furniture and fittings. Notably, the floors throughout are a rich, aged oak and the kitchen, by Verdi, incorporates first class appliances including an American style refrigerator / freezer, a wine chiller, and it has a central island that also serves as a breakfast bar. This apartment is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite, fully-furnished dressing room. The third bedroom, which has a twin bed with an additional second pullout twin mattress. This chamber is accessed via the hallway, but can also be entred via a sliding partition from the second bedroom.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 160 m². Second Floor. The hallway leads to a spacious living / dining area with four balconies facing out onto the street. It is furnished with a large sofa, two chaise lounges, a coffee table, an LCD TV with a DVD player on one side of the room and there is a dining room with a square dining-room table for 6 on the other side. The modern kitchen, equipped with "Gaggenau" appliances, includes a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Along the corridor, there are three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (includes a king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with its dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower; and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes from which you can access the third bedroom, which contains a pull-out bed (2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00m) and a closet. The beds in this bedroom can be combined to create a 1.80 x 2.00m bed should guests find it more comfortable or convenient. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that there is a fourth room available with an en suite shower in what is considered the service quarters. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

Every 15 days, the client will have to pay a cleaning fee, please note that this is not included in the rent payment and the cleaning should last two hours, and be priced at 14euros per hour + VAT.

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of €250 upon arrival at the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
