General Description

The quiet suburb of Aravaca has been a desirable residential area for a long time thanks to its proximity to and excellent communications with Madrid's city centre. Barring rush hour traffic, residents can reach the centre of Madrid in less than ten minutes by car, and, it is only two train stops away from the central commuter station of Principe Pio. The M30 and M40 periphery motorways are also easily accessed. Aravaca also enjoys the advantages of a small town, having an old town centre with shops and restaurants, and yet there are several large shopping centres also just a short drive away. This large apartment has all of the benefits of the location thanks to it being only a few minutes' walk away from the train station. It is located in a newly constructed residential development, which features shared facilities such as a large gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground for children and underground parking. All three of this apartment's bedrooms look out onto an 80m2 terrace, part of which is covered to provide some shade in Madrid's hotter months. There is outdoor furniture on the terrace for outdoor dining. The décor is contemporary and incorporates original artwork. The kitchen is large, and benefits from having a separate utility room.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 118 m2 + 80 m2 terrace. Ground Floor. The entrance hall leads into a large living/dining area furnished with a pair of 4-seater sofas, a coffee table, shelving with a 32" LCD television and a DVD player. There is a wooden dining table that seats six. The modern kitchen, to the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, oven, ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast table for four people. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities. There are three bedrooms, each has a fitted wardrobe: master suite (1.80m x 2.00m-sized bed) with an en suite bathroom, including a bathtub; double bedroom (1.50m x 2.00m-sized bed) and a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds 0,90m x 2.00m). These rooms share a second full bathroom, with a bathtub too. All bedrooms have access to the terrace, where there is a second dining area. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
