Living room/Dining room: this luminous space has been decorated with white furniture that helps optimize the light in the room. In the area dedicated to the living room, two turquoise-color armchairs stand out next to the white sofa and coffee table, offering a balanced and pleasant contrast. The accessories, such as the lamps and the coffee table ornaments play in perfect harmony with the armchairs. The white tones on the walls allow for the plant next to the plasma TV to be the highlight of the room and give it its vitality. The dining room, although it shares the same space as the living room, enjoys some privacy. Featuring a wooden-and-iron rectangular table with space for six people, this area welcomes you to enjoy moments in the company of family or friends thanks to the pleasant vibe set by all its elements. Without a doubt, the small touches of industrial decoration, such as the iron column in the living room, the ceiling lamps that fall over the dining area, and the original mirrors, are the ones that define the style of the property.

Kitchen: found in an independent area, the kitchen features high-end appliances, all in white, following the same aesthetic line as the social area. Fitted with plenty of storage room and a table with two chairs, the kitchen has everything necessary to guarantee an optimal stay.

First bedroom: this bedroom is fitted with a single bed framed by a headboard that is, without a doubt, the protagonist in this room. White for the most part, the bedroom offers comfort and privacy, having large built-in closets and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, where the rounded mirror captures the attention of anyone who walks into this room.

Second bedroom: thanks to the brown tonality in the wall, the light reflected by the lamps create a very cozy ambience ideal for rest. The white headboard and the original nightstands stand out, framing a double bed dressed in our signature linen. The room also features large built-in closets and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

Third bedroom: this bedroom enjoys abundant natural light and is truly spacious, it has large built-in closets and features a balanced decoration that follows the same aesthetic line as the rest of the property. A gorgeous blue headboard and two nightstands frame the double bed, ideal for two people.

Fourth bedroom: fitted with two single beds framed by an attractive turquoise-color headboard and a nightstand, this room comfortably allocates two people.

Third bathroom: located on the right side of the hallway, this bathroom with a bathtub and double sink has a unique and original design. The brown-color tiles, along with the white furniture allow for the rounded, gold-framed mirrors to stand out and add a romantic touch of sophistication.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 131 m2. Fifth floor. The living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, two side tables with lamps and a cupboard that holds a flat screen TV. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to six people. The kitchen is independent and it has a table with two chairs. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps and built-in closets. The second bedroom comes with a king size bed (1,50m x 1,90m), two bedside tables with lamps and built-in closets. The third bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp and built-in closets. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bathroom comes with a bath. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
